The
Less Is More challenge for week 11 is to use acetate. For this, I've cut the Sizzix owl die from acetate twice and coloured it with alcohol inks, one it light tones and the other darker. I cut the darker one and layered it onto the lighter one. The corners are pricked and the frame is embossed onto the card with a nestie. The greeting is by Woodware.
What a fab card. Love it.
ReplyDeletedid you find the inks took a lot longer to dry? I was going to experiment with this, but in the end settled for something a little less messy :)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to die cut and piece the owl in acetate it looks so good a bit like tortoiseshell
