Torn Vellum

I was making a card using this sketch from CAS(E) This Sketch

But what I had done was too plain. I then remembered that the current theme at the Butterfly Challenge is J is for Jagged Edges. So I tore the vellum strip to give my edges. I've stamped the Stampin Up sentiment and embossed with Zing Teal Metallic embossing powder. I just love this as it's got a lovely sheen on it. The butterfly is from a Sizzix stamp & die set and embossed with the same powder

  3. I'm pushing Karen out of the way to get my mitts on that pot of glitter first. Lol. Lush is not the word for it. I have been very slow to realize that vellum sheets come in colours as well as white. I know, I know where have I been all my life!! Blame it on the lack of internet. The tearing the strip of vellum along with the butterfly and that embossing powder has made for a gorgeous card. Thankyou for fluttering by#30. Hugs Mrs A..
