For my card I've used a backing paper from the My Mind's Eye Come Away With Me pack. The image is from Plane & Simple by Stampin Up cut out with oval Nesties. The sentiment is also by Stamin Up from the  Itty Bitty Banners set. The planes and buttons are from my stash
