Musical Notes

I had a disastrous day at craft class yesterday. We were supposed to be making 3 different stepper cards and for the life of me I couldn't get the measurements right even though they were written out for me! I just had to give up in the end as I was wasting too much card. So I've gone for something very simple today. The new theme at the Butterfly Challenge is Music Notes. Although a simple card, this is the second attempt as the first one the music notes were too high. I'm also entering this into the Less Is More challenge which is Predominantly Black

  1. What a lovely, elegant card! I love the way the music on the butterfly reflects that on the card. I must confess to having a giggle at "the music notes were too high" because it made me picture a screeching soprano!

  4. Must admit you had me thinking when you said they were too high! I have that wheel too but couldn't get on with it so I dismantled it to use flat. I love the CAS look of your card and the butterfly colouring. Thankyou for fluttering by #28. Hugs Mrs A.
