New and Innovative?

I'm not sure that this qualifies for the New and Innovative challenge at The Technique Twist but as it's new to me I thought I'd give it a go. I've used my new Zendoodles Owl Buddies stamp by Lindsay Mason - there is also a ready doodled stamp too if you don't want to do your own. I hadn't intended doing any tangles but just loved the stamp and thought it could be good for paper piecing. But I had time last night to have a little play and I absolutely loved doing the doodles. It's very relaxing and so addictive and once you stop trying to be perfect it seems to work so much better. I'm really pleased with how this turned out, so much so that I've just ordered the butterflies too. Hope you like it

I'm also entering this into the Crafting With Dragonflies Challenge which is Zentangle in Black and White

  9. This is absolutely FANTASTIC! I have been wanting to try Zentangling myself but have been trying to practice before attempting it on a project. Maybe I should take your advice and stop trying to be perfect! Thanks for joining us at The Technique Twist!
