PeeJay's Challenge

Pam has a great a challenge on her blog - to use one of her freebie sheets. There are some great sheets to choose from too but I couldn't resist this adorable black labrador with matching backing paper. I've made a criss cross card with a "gusset" to allow for the pyramage.

Glitter Pot Class

I had a lovely day at the Glitter Pot back in January with some Imag-e-nation friends. The class was taken by the lovely Joanne.

Obviously the Martha Stewart punches we used were a must buy after the class!

I loved the idea of the layout above that Joanne gave us that I had to make another version with butterflies when I got home. I think I'm going to be using this layout quite a bit.

Lovely Candy Up for Grabs

Kath has some great candy up for grabs to celebrate her blog-aversary. Pop over to her blog to find out how to win.

New Home - Good Neighbours Stampin Up Set

I made this for a girl at work using the Good Neighbors SAB set from Stampin Up

Alcohol Inked Owl

Wow, I can't believe how long it is since I posted here! Been too busy looking at other blogs.
This card was made for a friend's birthday at the end of January. The papers are from Papermania capsule collection, the owl is a sizzix die. The ight area of the owl is alcohol inks on acetate and the darker layers are alcohol inks on photo card. I really enjoyed playing with the inks and have several little owls all ready for other cards.

Stampin' Up! Bauble

I made this for a challenge by my Stampers 10 demonstrator. Toni sent us one 6x6 sheet of paper for us to use however we wanted. This is what I came up with:

I cut the sheet into 1cm strips and glued together in alternating sides, then added some stickles and beads. I was quite pleased with how it turned out but think I would make the strips shorter than 6inches if I made another.

In Memory of Layton Digi Stamps

When I bought these images from Jak at Crafters Kitchen in aid of Menigitis Research, I didn't intend to use them. Then I realised that this would be a travesty as they are both lovely images.

So this is the card made from Jim Harker's image in memory of little Layton John Cleaver:

I used my new Stampin' Up! pastels to colour and SU card, paper and greeting given to me by Toni.

This is my card with Mo's image:

Again coloured with Stampin' Up! pastels, Kanban card and Darkroom Door greeting.

Don't forget to pop over to Crafter's Kitchen to buy your images for this great cause.
